Federal Judge Hears Arguments About Trump And Emoluments Clause; http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/391224-federal-judge-hears-arguments-about-trump-and-emoluments-clause

"Can a group of 200 congressional Democrats sue the president for refusing to divest his business interests? The court face-off involves the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution. The case challenges the president’s acceptance of benefits from foreign governments through his businesses while in office without congressional approval. The Department of Justice tells a federal judge the lawmakers don’t have standing."

Then there's this:

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump made at least $82 million in outside income last year while serving in the White House, filings show; https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/jared-kushner-and-ivanka-trump-made-at-least-82-million-in-outside-income-last-year-while-serving-in-the-white-house-filings-show/2018/06/11/a41d0720-6dab-11e8-bd50-b80389a4e569_story.html

"Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, the president’s daughter and son-in-law, brought in at least $82 million in outside income while serving as senior White House advisers during 2017, according to financial disclosure forms released Monday.

Trump earned $3.9 million from her stake in the Trump International Hotel in Washington and more than $2 million in severance from the Trump Organization, while Kushner reported over $5 million in income from Quail Ridge, a Kushner Cos. apartment complex acquired last year in Plainsboro, N.J.

The filings show how the couple are collecting immense sums from other enterprises while serving in the White House, an extraordinary income flow that ethics experts have warned could create potential conflicts of interests."

Trump's legal troubles pile up despite release of IG report; http://thehill.com/homenews/the-memo/392393-the-memo-trumps-legal-troubles-pile-up-despite-release-of-ig-report

"President Trump’s legal troubles grew deeper on Thursday, even as his supporters took a measure of vindication from the release of a watchdog report critical of former FBI Director James Comey.

For Trump, any political benefits to be gleaned from the highly anticipated report were diluted by a decision announced hours earlier in New York, where state Attorney General Barbara Underwood (D) filed a lawsuit against the president’s charitable group, the Donald J. Trump Foundation."

One way or another through one means or another, Trump will find himself down a blind alley with no where left to turn, except to face the facts and the music:

‘Prepared for war’: As Mueller moves to finalize obstruction report, Trump’s allies ready for political battle https://wapo.st/2lffilJ

"President Trump’s lawyers and special counsel Robert S. Mueller III are hurtling toward a showdown over a year-long investigation into the president’s conduct, with Mueller pushing to write up his findings by summer’s end and Trump’s lawyers strategizing how to rebut a report that could spur impeachment hearings.

The confrontation is coming to a head as Trump and his allies ratchet up their attacks on the special counsel probe, seizing on a report released Thursday by the Justice Department’s inspector general that castigated FBI officials for their conduct during the 2016 Hillary Clinton email investigation."

The big question is if Trump will comply with Mueller's request for an interview. If Trump refuses, Mueller will just shrugg, because the interview would be Trump's chance to refute the charges. This is actually a courtesy Mueller is granting him, not a demand. Refusing is a sign Trump is guilty

Dershowitz, a constitutional lawyer who is much smarter than you says that it could be a perjury trap.

it's universally agreed that Trump would be stupid to submit to a Mueller interview... unfortunately, that doesn't mean he won't do it

You can almost set your clock to the "scandal of the week" with Atta and the shills. They have no new material so they rehash old material. Next week it will be muh' obstruction of justice.

Nice signature by the way.

You still seem not to realize, or willfully chose to ignore, how this PROCESS works. This is a PROCESS that takes time, remember Water Gate?

So every time you count out how many times the fact that the PROCESS is underway, and has been noted here as per a report on this site, and try to deflect from that fact, you just fool yourself and the other Trump Koll-aid Guzzlers who drink from this bowl.

A PROCESS is underway, that will run it's course, and the end result will, not likely be beneficial to Trump, or folks like you who blindly swear allegiance to him.
