Hmmm, he says that it will be equal in size to the USAF, which had a budget of $161 billion budget in 2017. Admitted some USAF sectors would be transferred, such as the 170 military satellites and maybe even the 406 ICBMs, but even so, financing a new military branch equivalent in size to the USAF, with its 318,415 active duty personnel, just for starts, well that's a pretty penny, so where is this money going to come from?

Cheers

Nah, you'd end up as a gas-pump operator on Neptune for space freighters - think tumbleweed & lizards

Me too, I'll be washing portholes and refilling the vending machines... :nana:

Undoubtedly the Republicans will want to fund it by letting children go hungry and the old go without medical care.

What they should probably do is treat it like the Marine Corps. Smaller and purpose driven.

The Marines are part of the US Navy and it would make sense for Space Force to be part of the US Air Force until it became larger than the US Air Force.

There are elements in the Army, Air Force and Navy that all would fall under Space Force if the organization was put together properly.
People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to visit violence on those who would do them harm.

Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

Trump needs to focus more so on the male vote. He should have nationalized the Boy Scouts when they decided to admit girls.

Doubt it.... Speculation like that is baseless...

The UN Resolution has held for 51 years

It is far too important... More likely China would for economic gains rather than the USA

Why, he pretty much telegraphs his every move.....especially if you have read Art of the Deal or did your homework on him....

The Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies is an international agreement to which some 227 nations, including the USA are parties. It bans the placement of weapons of mass destruction in orbit, on the moon, etc. I suspect this is Trump's back door attempt to get the USA out of this international agreement which prevents nuclear weapons from hanging over our heads. Great idea!
