I have used this host before, and I'll be glad to answer any questions anyone has about how to use it (if I can).

To post youtubes, until D gets it set up, use

[flash=250,210]**enter youtube link here**[/flash]

Replace everything between the brackets with your youtube link and it will work.

There's actually quite a lot you can do with zetaboards, even with it's limitations, there's always people finding ways to overcome them.

You can install 3rd party add-on support such as Dynamo or Nexus for example. :)

You can also use the webpage builder to turn your ZetaBoards forum/site into a full-fledged website, similar to what we've done here. :)

If anyone needs help I can do my best to assist. :) I love seeing new ZB forums pop up and become active already. :)

this site was actually started in 1999

we had a server crash that wiped us out a few weeks back & we are still trying to get our act together...

sent you a PM, very much appreciate the offer of help, may take you up on that...

figuring out some of the nuances of this site = :headexplode:

Ah yes I know all about servers bottling up and crapping the bed so to speak. :P I've had that same issue with my own site before moving it onto ZetaBoards. :)

A nifty tip to differentiate admins from mods.

When editing each usergroup, you can use BBcode where the formatting prefix and suffix areas are to style them.

I recommend having different colors per staff group

an example would be:
Admins ->
Code:

[b][color=red] [/b][/color]
would make them look like - MySySail
Moderators ->
Code:

[b][color=blue][/b][/color]
would make them look look - wilmywood8455
