I'm now a Samsung and Android guy, although my fave phone ever was an HTC Windows 8, loved the feel and operation, but, unfortunately it ran Windows for phone, which simply doesn't have the apps available. Otherwise, loved the phone/OS. Never had an Apple, but family has. Unimpressed by fragility and changing chargers all the time to boost revenue . Pffft. I'll keep my Android. Only downside is the cacophany of apps, constantly. Both offered and updates. Any way to slow all that down? |

Apps and more apps... no thanks. I really like my Lumia 640. Previous phones were the 4 and 5I phones. |

I've personally owned (smartphones only mind you) Various Blackberries, Androids - Motorola Photon, Lg Optimus G, LG G2, Nexus 6, LG G4. Have provided support for - Samsung S5, S3, S6, HTC Evo, Evo 3D, One M7, M9, Motorola G 1st gen, Motorola G 2nd Gen, MotoX 2nd Gen, Moto X Pure, Apple - iPhone 4, 4s, 5c, 6. Of all the above phones my favorite was the Nexus 6. The phone is just lightning fast at everything it is asked to do. Best camera I have had on a phone is the one in my LG G4 but at this point the argument about whose camera is better between the top tier phones is really one of personal preference. I like the built in manual controls on the G4 but arguments can be made for the Galaxy S6 and iPhone cameras as well. I left out the Microsoft products there. The cameras in the Nokia's are outstanding, maybe the best but their market is limited due to the OS. Overall I prefer the android OS because I can do more with it without jailbreaking. Overall aesthetics, an argument can be made for the all aluminum phones from Apple and HTC or for the fully customized Motorola products. For me personally though, the phone goes into an otterbox so why do I care about what the outside looks like or is made of? Give me a plastic phone that is waterproof and shock resistant that runs like a scalded cat and you can keep all the pretty stuff for the ladies. Also, it should be noted that I love the both the Nexus 6 and Moto X Pure for their Fxxx You factor. Owning one of those phones gives you the ability to tell your carrier to go fxxx itself because they work on every US carrier. All you need is a sim card from that carrier and the phone will work. D, I edited my post. The Windows phone I had that I liked so much was an HTC Windows 8x. Loved it. Don't know why I said it was a Nokia. I must be gettin' old LOL. |

HTC builds solid phones and the Windows OS is great if you just want to do basic functions mass market apps (facebook twitter) and email. |

I was thinking about getting an HTC now, but they don't have that curved bacl I liked so much I opted for a Samsung Galaxy S6 active. I have an S5 active now that has been great. |

I like the S6 Active better than the S6. I did not like the glass sandwich construction when apple tried it on the iPhone 4 and 4s, why Samsung went that way in the S6 I have no idea. I thought the HTC One M9 still had a curved back. Maybe they reduced it? You should have a look at the Motorola Moto X. Actually, all the Motorola products have a curved back. |

The M9 does have some curve, but it's nowhere as thin at the edges as the Windows8x was. |

It is hard to compare a 4.3 inch phone to a 5.7 inch phone lol. |

Yes, but I am referring to the curvature being perfect for me. The Samsungs aren't bad, just flat ... |
