Slaughtered. Your favorite polling source was shilling. Real conservatives went for Cruz. Moderates went Kasich and Clinton. Sanders got the college kids and true libs to turn out in decent numbers. Sanders was clearly gaining momentum the past few days, while Trump was losing it. I could see that even based on lawn signs. I didn't see a lot of open support for Cruz, but the Christian and hardcore "government is bad" conservative bases were strongly behind him, quiet though they were. Looking ahead to the general election, WI will go Dem if either Trump or Cruz are the candidate, but might swing red with a moderate Republican vs Hillary. Barring a centrist pick via a brokered convention, or an alien invasion, colour WI blue in November. Edited by nNeo, Apr 5 2016, 10:23 PM.

Trump was out-spent by dark forces with enormous wealth for political ads....Most people don't understand that the crucial issue in this election is the elimination of the establishment that has ruled America for decades....It is inconsequential if women who get abortion are water-boarded.......

Yeah.....not like Trump couldn't outspend most of the GOP out of his own pocket change, it had to be "dark forces"...tell me you're not turning into robertr2000? |

The "establishment" can't be voted out. The money, hence real power, is outside elected office. Trump wasn't significantly out-spent, he just couldn't buy his way in here. His brand of crude, empty populism has a limited market, and that's shrinking even now. |

I keep saying..that a Kato endorsement is the kiss of doom for the respective candidate. |
