Given how often libertarians lose elections, I'm mildly surprised one would express a desire for more. Perhaps Esto has a streak of masochism.
He doesn't vote. He prefers to hide and be the property of responsible adults that do.

That aside, voting should certainly be expanded in terms of days and times, which I understand is threatening to those on the Right that prefer the 'wrong' people don't get to cast a vote.
