I get it - one individual was unethical.

How this is described as a hard coded moral fallacy of capitalism? an individual's behavior is not inherent to an entire philosophy - there are many decent land lords.

Capitalism is defined by a private system of goods and services. The motive is profitability and the means to keep the gains of your productivity.

Can we agree on this definition? If so - name a specific characteristic that is unique to capitalism that attracts unpleasant behavior.
