So, let me see if I follow the conservative thought here. Business should be able to pay employees starvation wages so it can afford to employ more at starvation wages? This is their great vision for a prosperous America?
Um businesses should pay what your worth in the marketplace...if it's flipping burgers or running groceries over a scanner and you're not a teenager getting their first work experience (which is what the fast food business was modeled on) then you have either made some insanely moronic life decisions or you're an illegal alien which drives down wages and opportunity for our fellow citizens...these jobs were never intended to be full time wages...the fact that libs view that they are only reminds us how illiterate they are to economics....Trump is the only one looking out for these disadvantaged and disenfranchised and what other dis blah blah blah vernacular libs use...

Trump 2016....libs only hope....
"Paying what you're worth in the market place," when the market place has significant structural unemployment is really conservatives' way of saying, "we're going to eff you hard, because there are other people willing to take your job for starvation wages who aren't even making that."
Having a tough time understanding your silly drama term starvation wages...if you're a teenager making $10 bucks an hour flipping burgers doing 29 hours a week (cause Obamacare prohibits you from going full time on your summer job) that's $290 bucks a week. before your Nanny takes their cut...even assuming an Attanomics (as seen on google) of 90% which is about $260 that still leaves you with $30 bucks a week....given that the average ramen of 20 cents hardly starvation ...unless one is in a true Attanomics zone (copyright 2106 clone.estonianman all rights reserved) like Venezuela...well then your just happy to have toilet paper...food is a luxury.... :rotflmao:
Only liberals can choose not to go down the road to widespread, systematic violence.

You act like commercial food service jobs are just part time summer work for high school and community college kids. That was the case 20 or 30 years ago, but today, given that much of our manufacturing has been outsourced, commercial food services jobs are becoming more and more "the" jobs. Along with their kissing cousin that also pays crap for wages, retail sales jobs.

These are the jobs of the new American economy.
