I have looked at this site provided by the Malware guy but have failed to solve the problem. It was more promising than other fixes but still no good for me. I may have to install another email client as you suggested like Thunderbird. "Thanks for the details. As I said, after a couple of google searches it appears that this is purely connected to the e-mail service.
