Yep, no crisis here ... March was only the warmest month on record for the world https://weather.com/news/climate/news/record-warmest-march-global-2016 In a year of record setting high temperatures in a decade of high temperatures. But there is no problem here... |

US Secretary of State John Kerry held his granddaughter during the signing ![]() Sadly, Mr. Trump and Senator Cruz are sure to withdraw America from the Paris Climate Agreement. Governor Kasich, the only Republican candidate that has expressed a belief in the dangers of climate change, has little chance of wining the nomination. (perhaps that is one reason why) |

Multiple other national meteorological organizations also backed up the NOAA claim. You can keep being a denier but the rest of the world is moving on. |

So you willing to sacrifice your lifestyle to reduce the global temperature by .003 degree for the next 100 years? |

So how many developing countries in this agreement received delays in implementing standards, sometimes for decades...India and China received exemptions in the last agreement for up to 30 years.................

If it makes a difference. I'll look towards the scientists to let us know what needs to be done and what it means. It may be that we have to plan on major climate change and start moving our growing regions, banning building in floodplains and coastal areas and moving people to areas that will be habitable. |

More like 1.3°C. My lifestyle is carbon negative. I'm sacrificing nothing, but would if needed. |

Mr Coleman is not a meteorologist. He has no degree in any science. He is (actually, was) a weather forecaster; someone that stands in font of a map or a green screen and reads the weather forecast prepared by the National Weather Service. He has no more claim to understanding climate science than a sportscaster. |

What...? Huh...? You've got every clown in the book commenting and providing thoroughly uneducated thoughts on "global warming" and you're worried about the "science credentials" of a meteorologist? Here's a guy who does "let's play pretend" for a living, and is asked by the United Nations ( :oyvey ) to provide HIS thoughts on global warming. Really. I'm not kidding. Liberal/socialist/communist stupidity at its finest! It is simply why this world is in the mess it's in. There are hundreds and hundreds of legitimate scientists who question the nonsense of global warming. But they are now shut-out from the debate. It's complete insanity. Dicaprio.... Really? I'm gonna take your word on the dangers of a macro atmospheric relationship? Him? An actor? WTF.....!http://www.climatedepot.com/2016/04/22/dicaprio-to-un-planet-cannot-be-saved-unless-we-leave-fossil-fuels-in-the-ground/ It's a mad, mad, mad, mad world.....! The time has come to ignore those that ignore science, reality and the signs around them. Their selfish, irresponsible nature and pathetic paranoia of Government needs to be removed from the equation. Responsible parties, mature and that come with reason and facts only. |

Yes, ...yes, I quite agree. We must throw-out all of the loony liberals, socialist do-gooders and big government apologists. They are indeed "selfish" and "irresponsible." Perhaps we should take a lesson from Tomas de Torquemada and have them all chained to a wall and then whipped. We need to bring these people to reason, or "remove them from the equation." Liberals, ya just can't trust em. Show kindness to the earth today by finding the nearest liberal and smack em one ...! Mozart Edited by W A Mozart, Apr 24 2016, 07:17 PM.

As scientific consensus increases, and evidence of AGW becomes more obvious, ideologically and economically motivated deniers become more shrill and unhinged. It would be comical, were the stakes less high. |
