I can understand why Ms Clinton would instinctively shun anything that looks like an endorsement from Charles Koch. I didn't see his interview as an endorsement, but plenty of Clinton opponents would spin it as one if she were to even slightly suggest that she wants his endorsement. This is true especially of the desperate Sanders supporters that will grab any life ring right now. You don't have to look far to see evidence of this. My opinion of his comment is that he is so disappointed in the Republican candidates he cannot pay them to run as they are without feeling he is hurting himself. |
