http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/29/politics/donald-trump-bernie-sanders/index.html "I think Bernie Sanders should run as an independent. I think he'd do great," Trump said at a victory rally in New York City Tuesday night, after sweeping five GOP contests in the Northeast. The next morning, Trump said on MSNBC: "Bernie Sanders has a message that's interesting. I'm going to be taking a lot of the things Bernie said and using them." |

There are a few very loud stray lambs wandering round p.comland that are ready to join up with Trump. A few other former Republicans will be quietly voting for Clinton and that's gonna show up when the votes are counted. I'll bet there are more Republicans quietly fixing to vote Clinton than there are Sanders voters willing to vote for Trump. |

Yes. Hillary will get the votes of neocons who were responsible for the Iraq War. That'll be a good test for the Bernie Bros. |

A vote is a vote, no matter who casts it. No matter what you want to call it, no matter how much you protest. There will be more votes cast for Clinton by people that don't spend their time raising hell trying to sell their candidates. They don't don't go to rallies or protests. They just have their say at the ballot box. |

Trump still has time to improve his image, Hillary is becoming practically intolerable to half of her own party. The trend lines of both these candidates are going in opposite dire tions; Trump up, Hillary down |

Interesting how Trump is now seeking the support of gullible Sanders supporters by claiming he'll take things Bernie said and use them. But, of course, he won't say which of Bernies policies he'll consider using - because he's lying. But some Sanders supporters will flock to him anyway - simply because he's not Hillary. |

I figure most Sanders people are too bright to go for this. Still, if these boards are any indication, there are a few who may actually be gullible enough to take the bait. |

And not about much else. The only other area I can think of where they agree is maybe on NATO to some degree. But they certainly don't agree on racial issues or border security and Trump has said Sanders is a loony Communist on the economy. |

I suppose you are right. I can't name any names. The nature of my claim makes it clear that it is my opinion that this is the way it will go. The reason I say this is because so far Clinton has not lit up the news with reports of huge rallies or gigantic fund raising totals. Sanders is that guy doing that. Yet it is Clinton that has gotten the votes at the polls. You guys can have the fanfare, I'll take the votes. The smart money always takes the votes. I think a large a number of Republicans will vote for Clinton instead of Trump, for a lot of good reasons. They just won't be yelling it from the rooftops. http://www.politicususa.com/2016/04/25/bombshell-poll-20-republicans-vote-hillary-clinton-trump-wins.html Edited by CautionaryTales, Apr 29 2016, 04:25 PM.

Agreed. There many neocons and those in the billionaire class who will support Hillary Clinton as the status quo candidate. |

http://www.facebook.com/foxnews <--- you can see the Conservative's comments here. I wouldn't need to hold anyone's hand to point out specific comments, but you can look for yourself and see their general trend. The main reason for Republicans to be against Trump is that he's a liberal, a fact that is not hard to dig up if you look into his past with Google. That's not a reason for them to vote for Hillary. Why do you support her? Her issues and integrity? Or I'm guessing most likely because she's a woman and you're a woman too. Is that speculation accurate? I don't have anything against women, but gender is not a reason for me to vote for anyone. If Elizabeth Warren ran instead of Bernie, I would be equally enthusiastic about voting for her.
