Actually CT, I've had this argument before, in a friends barn, over a few too many beers. It got pretty heated and very personal. Ya should have been there, it was fun. I argued for dark meat and lost the debate. I don't remember if it was a call to Tyson Chicken or KFC that finally settled the issue. |

Your're too anxious, lad. Lets just stick to the point that wings need bones, or they aren't wings. There's no such thing as a "boneless wing". That is just a nugget by another name. |

I'll stick to the explanation in the link I posted. Wings are a lot closer to thighs than they are to white breast meat. |

Me? anxious?...This from the guy afraid of the "Tuna Hole" Anyway, we already agree on that wings are bone in., and since you falsely claimed they're dark meat. I think that merits some discussion that goes beyond your opinion or some know nothing foodie website. You shouldn't cite references that don't know what they're talking about. Let's consult academics on the question. University of Kentucky College of Agriculture or the Poultry Industry Case Farms Chicken |

BTW, you can always tell when they reach that "OH SH!T" moment of realization that they're wrong. It's when the start throwing out personal swipes such as tuna holes and anxiety. Fun to watch

Oh come on now CT. :oyvey Lighten up and stop this silliness. You can't rewrite the thread. We both know you did more than that. It was a trivial and banal matter until you got your feelings hurt....now it's hilarious. Edited by ringotuna, May 1 2016, 07:46 AM.

Another example of conservative values: Some guy shot another guy in a church the other day because he was sitting in the wrong place during church service. His simply pulled out his concealed weapons badge and shot the guy twice in the chest for refusing his order to move to another pew. |

Short of using that ignore button, it's almost impossible to avoid having to tango around the tuna hole. Sometimes ya slip on by. Sometimes ya get sucked in a bit and other times it's getting lost in the deep dark bottom of the ocean. When the lad sets his sights, he is as persistent as a rat terrier. I'm no fan of the iggy button... So there's that. |
