When 25-year-old Cassandra McWade got in a car accident on a highway in Asheville, North Carolina, on Monday, Ken Shupe drove his tow truck to the scene. But when he saw that McWade, who has disabilities, had Bernie Sanders signs on her Toyota Camry, he decided he wouldn’t help. “He said, ‘I can’t tow you ... you’re a Bernie supporter,’” McWade recalled. “I was like, ‘Wait, are you serious? You’re kidding me.’” Ken Shupe, a 51-year-old from Travelers Rest, South Carolina, was very serious. “I’m a conservative Christian, I’ve just drawn a line in the sand,” he said. “I’m not going to associate or conduct business with them.” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/tow-truck-driver-refuses-to-help-bernie-supporter_us_572a75b4e4b096e9f090403f? |

In an interesting twist, Ken Shupe passes the blame for stranding a disabled woman on the road on to God. https://www.rawstory.com/2016/05/trump-loving-tow-truck-driver-says-god-told-him-to-leave-bernie-sanders-supporter-stranded/ Edited by CautionaryTales, May 5 2016, 07:43 AM.

"Something came over me, I think the Lord came to me, and He just said, ‘Get in the truck and leave,'” Shupe said. “And when I got in my truck, you know, I was so proud, because I felt like I finally drew a line in the sand and stood up for what I believed.” https://www.rawstory.com/2016/05/trump-loving-tow-truck-driver-says-god-told-him-to-leave-bernie-sanders-supporter-stranded/ |

Part of our democracy is freedom of religion...There are many in America who are directed by God and receive visions, like Huckabee...,........,.,

You are more correct than you might think. In America, a tow truck driver cannot refuse service to this lady if she had a Jesus fish on her car as “religious believers” are a protected class (protected from discrimination). “Supporters of political candidates” are not a protected class and tow truck drivers can refuse them service with impunity. |
