A federal judge in Washington on Wednesday ordered that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton may have to testify in a lawsuit related to the private email server she used while secretary of state.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan said the parties in the case, the State Department and conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, also struck an agreement about the scope of the testimonies that some of Clinton's former top aides will give in the case.

Those testimonies, known as discovery, will take place over the next eight weeks and may yield information that would require Clinton herself to be deposed, Sullivan said in an order

Truth is, we will be seeing these sorts of "revelations" for the next eight years or so...then they will finally give up the ghost and realize there isn't anything to trip her up on anymore.
Or even any more reason to bother to try.

"Truth" and "Clinton" are words that don't go in the same sentence. There's a reason her negatives are so high and it's not because she knows anything about the truth.

It was funny watching Hillary trying to "unsay" what she said about putting coal miners out of a job.

In a perfect Clintonian non-apology, she added that “I do feel a little bit sad and sorry that I gave folks the reason and the excuse to be so upset with me because that is not what I intended at all,” referring to her remarks in March.

Mrs. Clinton claimed those remarks were “totally taken out of context,” so here’s the full context: “I’m the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country. Because we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.”

Here you have the Obama-Clinton energy policy in miniature: First, destroy jobs and businesses with huge taxes and regulations. Then, use redistribution to pay reparations to the workers who had those jobs and incomes. In other words, let them eat solar panels.

One thing about her is she is willing to admit when she's wrong. She will stick her foot in her mouth from time to time too. Musta learned that from Uncle Joe.

You conveniently left off the part where she went on to say that we need to work with the displaced workers and bring different jobs to Appalachia to replace those coal jobs.

She is correct.

Judicial Watch is having a helluva problem getting the timing right. Yank Hillary into court too soon and the nomination goes to Sanders -- the Democrats win the election. Stall too late into the fall and the issue won't have enough time to sink in with voters -- the Democrats win the election. Right around late August, early September is the perfect time for Hillary's perps walk.

^^^this is actually a sage comment....it's what happened in 2008 .....we shot our load on Hillary too early and that gave us the disaster Obama

Bernie would be a much tougher opponent for Trump than Hillary....face it....there is zero enthusiasm for Hillary....none....Trump will actually on many issues be able to run to the left of Hillary's past positions ....can't do that with Bernie....

timing is everything....I have no doubt that Trump will win in a landslide if Hillary is the nominee...with Bernie? Not so confident...not that he is anything special...he is not...but he does have a passionate following like Trump....and a much harder target for Trump to malign...

Ideally Bernie keeps nipping at Hillary's cankles and then at the convention Team Hillary has to pull some delegate shenanigans that will completely alienate the Bernie supporters to where at worst they stay home and at best the jump on the Trump train....

To your point gator...Judicial Watch doesn't really have a say in the timing....they are actually beholden to gov't time of when and if they decide to release the FOIA requested data...

Obama will see to it personally that this judge has a little "accident" on the way to work.
Kate Steinle was separated from her family permanently but leftists didn't seem to mind.

Jobs that are steadily aging out. And when they do those miners who should have had someone on their side considering the future will simply be by conservative standards the next generation of leeches as they struggle to find a new way of life.

In the meantime a percentage of those miners are going home to their families tonight safe and sound thanks to regulations imposed on the industry.

If your beef is environmental regulations then you have no beef if you breathe for a 'living'.

And we're all taxed.

I'd like to see Clinton making a push to incentivize solar panel manufacturers to go into coal country to manufacture their panels.
