Debi Holland’s arrest warrant released Monday morning highlights what investigators say is a history of abuse suffered by 18-year-old Holli Jeffcoat and a younger sibling and reveals new details about Jeffcoat’s death.

On Friday, Debi Holland was arrested while at the Women’s Protective Services facility in Lubbock and taken to the Lubbock County Detention Center where she was booked on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of an elderly or disabled person in connection with a sexual abuse outcry made by her daughter Holli, a special needs student whose mutilated body was found Feb. 10 in her Northeast Lubbock County home.

Court documents continue to reflect a history with Child Protective Services, with details of Jeffcoat’s sexual abuse dating back to when she was 10 years old.
