The Cook Political Report is 5 nerdy staff in a dimly lit room at the Watergate Building....They have not successfully picked a Presidential election winner in 30 years.........

Wrong, Stout. Charlie cook called 2012 for Obama, although much closer than it was. A little research might keep you from stepping on your thang all the time. http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2012/11/07/presidential-predictions-glenn-beck-dick-morris-wrong-nate-silver-right |

Cook predicted Obama would win the 2008 election shortly after Romney said 47% of americans don't count...Even a blind squirrel could do as well...More recently he gave a list of viable Republican Presidential candidates...None of them survived the first cut...Cook said that a teabagger or governor would get the nomination...Cook's "wisdom" is based on usually hedging his bets with vague terms...When he sticks his neck out his head is usually cut off.............

If a blind squirrel could do as well, how come virtually every conservative member of the old forum predicted Romney would win? :oyvey |
