that's right, I am hateful and xenophobic, at least according to the new Brown Shirts that enforce political correctness for the fringe left.

That's right people, I stand with the good people of North Carolina in their desire to keep grown men out of ladies restrooms.

I will have to deal with the shame of being labeled a "hater"

Grown men, who identify as grown women, have been sharing bathrooms with little girls for as long as there have been public bathrooms. And nothing evil has come of it.

You don't think that transgenders who are dressed as women have been using the men's room, do you?

does this mean you are in favor with strong arming municipalities into allowing men to use the ladies room?

I am in favor of not harassing people who are going about their lives bothering no one, just because they look and act like a gender their genitalia does not match.

Are we going to have groin checks now, before people are allowed to enter bathrooms?

Women have been using men's bathrooms at sporting events and indoor concerts for decades, I first noticed it in the late 70s. I asked a few women why they were using the men's room and I was politely told, "women take too long to pee and were in a hurry."

This wasn't even an issue until the dumbass republicans decided to make it an issue. And now of course the low-information voters are convinced men are going to being using women's restrooms in the hopes of snagging young girls. Republicans are more of a threat in public restrooms than transgender people...

First of all sports entities are speaking out against states because their anti-LGBT laws go beyond just the trans/bathroom issue, and second of all a grown man as you put it and a trans female are not the same. Your stance sounds more out of ignorance of what transgender is rather then hate.

The thing which this law is nominally trying to prevent is already illegal and statistically not happening, nor does it increase in frequency when states allow transgender people to use the bathroom of their choice. It straight up stupid and the effect will not be to prevent the thing that isn't happening but rather place an undue burden on a group of people who just want to be left alone.
The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

You lose me at Brown Shirts.

You need to really examine which side is trying to oppress the other before you use a term that doesn't apply in any direction.

6-in-10 oppose bills like the North Carolina transgender bathroom law
http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/09/politics/poll-transgender-bathroom-law-north-carolina/

Now what this poll is saying is that the majority do not believe that a trans person should be forced to use a rest-room that does not match their gender identity. Since the NC law only applies to Public Government Facilities, the installation of either gender neutral restrooms or additional single toilet restrooms in Government buildings would satisfy most and put an end to boycotts.

Makes sense...spend tens of millions of dollars on toilets that at best get used once in a blue moon....gov't efficiency with our tax money at it's finest...btw do you base all your decisions off of easily skewed polling?

Voters Like Trump’s Proposed Muslim Ban

Despite an international uproar and condemnation by President Obama and nearly all of those running for the presidency, Donald Trump’s proposed ban on Muslims coming to the United States has the support of a sizable majority of Republicans – and a plurality of all voters.

You prefer Nate Silver cause that dude was spot on with Trump....multiple times.... :sarcasmalert:

but that was precisely my point with him throwing out a poll first and then trying to attach some validity to it....thanks for playing...

The cost of installing single use restrooms in current facilities, and gender neutral restrooms in new or renovated facilities will be far less then the loss of revenue the state will occur with HB2 as it is now. As for your blue moon statement, currently .3 percent of the population identifies as trans. That equals about 1 out of every 330 people, and I would bet there are even more then that, that suffer from "Gender Identity Disorder" that have yet to come out.
