So lawyers charged him? I would think if it was as cut and dry as Tik mentioned, the lawyers would be all over it. No? |

He was found guilty on conspiracy charges for actions that caused the death of 29 people. He's a rich guy in America and has contributed handsomely to politicians so it's not really a surprise that the law happens to say he only gets one year jail time. |
