Hillary hasn't won yet and I doubt she would nominate him. The next 2 nominated justices should be women. |

He'd be a capable justice but frankly, I think there are better choices. Obama is a leader more than a jurist. Generally, I think justices should be drawn from the ranks of judges. There are exceptions though. Kagan wasn't a judge and she's among the best on the court. |
