Thousands of scientists between them worked out that it might be important and they checked. The Sun's been getting cooler while Earth got hotter. It's just one of the things scientists checked. Yet loads of people thinks scientists are idiots and that maybe they forgot about the Sun. I think that's weird. |

Among research papers, 97% that discuss the cause of recent global warming say that it's mostly us. That's been checked by taking a sample and asking the scientists who wrote the papers (N=2,142) and by having outsiders read paper summaries (N=11,944). That result is politically incorrect so it's been bitched about for years, but it's super easy to test: pick a random sample of papers (try Google Scholar) and see how many reject the consensus. That would be really easy, you'd get paid well (anti-climate-science propaganda is about $250/hour according to William Happer) so why don't you do it? Other critics have been trying for years and have failed to find these piles of imaginary research. Maybe you can do better. Edited by Scim, Jun 7 2016, 11:53 PM.
