It was a step "officially" taken 8 years ago...What will be interesting is how they define the new "medium" size business...Other countries have heavily invested in hotels and resorts for a couple decades...The biggest earners of foreign currency has been Cuba's micro sized hookers...Perhaps the more things change, the more they stay the same.........
