He wasn't fired because he got a hummer in his office and lied about it. He was fired because he was head of the university and there was some bad stuff happening a couple of levels below him, the guy in charge pays the price... except if you're the President and you spend $10 trillion in deficit spending for the worst economic recovery in 70 years... then you get a 4 year extension.

My thoughts exactly. As nNeo pointed out the guy has been a republican since 1975. That said, I don't think he was actually fired per se, just demoted. I believe he still is going to be the University Chancellor.

Drudge. Perhaps when you troll this badly you could pick something that does not involve sexual assaults.

Think class and give a damn about the issue.

Kenneth Starr to Resign as Chancellor at Baylor

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/02/sports/ncaafootball/kenneth-starr-is-said-to-resign-as-chancellor-at-baylor.html?_r=1

Kenneth W. Starr announced Wednesday that he would resign as chancellor of Baylor University, effective immediately, saying it was a “matter of conscience.” Mr. Starr’s decision came less than a week after he was stripped of the more operationally powerful position of president of the university in the wake of a scandal in which Baylor acknowledged that it had mishandled accusations of sexual assault against several football players.

“I have to and I willingly do accept responsibility,” Mr. Starr told “Outside the Lines,” the ESPN program in which he announced his decision.

“The captain goes down with the ship,” he added.
