A windows password reset disk is the tool you need to recover the password. It will set the old password to blank so you can enter into the locked computer without password.

I know how to create a reset disk with USB, I've tried to make a reset disk with Ophcrack, but when I boot it from disc, it says:No tables found, any help? or any other way to create a reset disk?

I don't recommend Ophcrack because it takes hours to reset the password. Instead, I recommend to have a look at iSeePassword. It will reset the password in a few minutes once you made a bootable reset disk. Tutorial: How to reset windows 8 password.

P.S. better to use a new or formatted usb drive to create the reset disk. it's more secure.
