We've done this on other topics have we not? As I have previously stated, I will never again do what I did in 1992 which is help a Clinton get elected by not voting for the best option to stop Clinton. At least in 1992 I had the excuse of voting for a man I hold in very high esteem with Mr. Perot. Even so, if I could do it again I would vote for Bush instead because anything that allows a Clinton in office is unacceptable. |

Not really... I'm in the Socialist Republic of NJ and if we're in play Trump is a shoo in. Still, I take your point that if I'm not actively supporting the Republican candidate, I am tacitly supporting the (D) candidate, and I can live with that. As much as I loathe Hillary and view her as an ethical cesspit, she's not a threat to me with a Republican House. Trump? That em eff is crazy, as well as embarrassing, not a good combo as President. |

but her SCOTUS nominee to replace Scalia is a threat to your personal freedoms and liberties I think Hillary would be an improvement over Obama, don't care... Trump is better than both, No, he was not the guy I wanted, but we have had Obama for 8 years, so I do not understand the hysteria about the guy. We are getting an upgrade. His pool of candidates for SCOTUS is encouraging. As a top notch CEO, he hires the right people to do a job. So far, who does it look like he is bringing in? Jeff Sessions Newt Gingrich Chris Christie Whew - OK, as these types of serious players line up, I become more and more at ease. You are correct, your vote in the Socialist Republic of New Jersey won't make or break the election. What concerns me is the attitude that you won't vote for Trump. It seems that you (and others) are allowing a negative portrayal of the guy by a left leaning media to overly influence your decision (maybe not YOU personally, but the general prevailing attitude nationally towards him) Again, Trump is a big improvement over what we have and a better choice than his only viable opponent I voted for Harry Browne twice, so I get the Libertarian appeal; but Gary Johnson and the Libertarian party is a shit show right now... |

I don't see what that term applies to me? I'm a realist, if that is what you're implying. No, I don't believe it when he says some kinda wall is going to be built. I think it's one of those campaign promises one makes in order to get elected then afterwards come up with an excuse on why it can't be done. |

Jake wants to wear his football shirt and hang out with all the dudes and be cool (Tik, Cautionary tales, tsalagi, etc.) It's obvious here especially, that tsalagi and company's race card are very influential. If you support Trump, you're a racist. You shouldn't have to keep it to yourself for supporting Trump. But we're in a PC society and that's the way it is until we break the code of silence and the mind control once and for all. Edited by philly rabbit, Jun 6 2016, 09:20 AM.

Yes, I do say so whiner...your "I'm not the establishment Trump" is about as establishment as it gets, he's been doing business with Washington insiders for 30 years. He's a close friend and financial benefactor to the Clinton's, both Bill and Hillary, you man is a fraud, and you're a sucker. Edited by Tsalagi, Jun 6 2016, 11:19 AM.

And you're a race card hustler. I've got you right up there with Shakedown Sharpton. But will Jake give up his social status here and do the right thing by opposing you? NO! He'd rather support Hillary and his excuse is he's in New Jersey. I lived in NJ for several years and always voted for the republicans even though the Democrats always won .. Jake, dude. |

Except he's not supporting Hillary nor am I. If I was supporting Hillary I would be voting for her, I don't think anybody on this board is. Hell, they have plenty of people on the Lib/Dem board who don't want to vote for her. |

You're both supporting Hillary and Jake has fessed up and admitted he'd rather have her in the white house. Your friends on the lib board will vote for Hillary in the end. |

What the hell are you talking bout social status, are you somehow insinuating that we care so much for the people we argue with, debate with, or chuckle with that we'd care about who they vote for who what political opinions we have? The right thing is voting for someone that can bring competence and honor to the Oval Office, I see neither with Trump, hence, why I won't vote for him.. I do not vote for the shiniest of two turds. |

Nope, not supporting Hillary. You seem to be under the impression that disliking both the Democratic and Republican candidates means that they are supporting the other side. People on the Dem/Lib board would say the same, you're supporting Donald Trump if you don't vote for Hillary. It's ridiculous and immature. |

I have no idea why you engage in continued discussion with this moron. He can't find his ass with both hands. He makes Iron Bob look like Stephen Hawking, no mean feat. Not only will you not convince him of anything, even if he agrees with it, you degrade yourself by even engaging him. It's very simple to me. Trump embarrasses me. I can't vote for him. I'm certainly not voting for a congenital liar and her sexual assault of a husband so I will vote 3rd party. That's what you get when you can't put a viable candidate forward. Philly's the one with the basketball jersey on because he just votes for whoever the captain says he should vote for. It's cool when you don't have to think, something he's uniquely suited for. dcbl makes a good point in that the next President will affect the SCOTUS makeup but that's not good enough for me... I'll have to put my faith that Congress will remain Republican and that if Hillary becomes President, they will force her to make a centrist choice. My only prediction remains that voter turnout could be the lowest percentage of all time. These are the 2 single worst candidates for President in my lifetime, and that's counting Fritz Mondale. I keep hoping it will be a high turn-out and for somebody besides Trump or Hillary. I find the thought of either of them equally horrifying. |
