Statists have been telling us that paying taxes is why we don't have corporations poisoning our water, but it turns out the opposite is true.

There is no difference in other cities with homes built prior to the 1940's when lead pipes were often used...Philadelphia has known its lead problems for decades and tries to minimize it to the public by its avoidance of testing older homes which usually have lead water pipes from the meter...The cities have replaced most lead pipes up to the homes water meter....However the home owner is responsible to replace lead pipes on their property...This is not a national emergency or national responsibility..."THE CHILDREN" effected are not going to die until they are old and their IQ was probably not that high to begin with...The snivelers in Flint just want other people to pay $3,000+++ to replace their pipes, so that they don't need to refinance the home remodeling...Chewing lead paint off the walls is far more harmful to children...For the cities, they will need to increase water rates to pay for the cities new water pipes that have not yet replaced lead ones....The problem with lead in the water will take over a decade to correct...This entire Flint water issue has been distorted by ignorance , hysteria, greed, and politics.......... :oyvey |
