You accuse me of misrepresenting what Trump said and then you assert that Obama and Hillary's policy has been to be "nice" to ISIS? :oyvey

Yes. You misrepresented the comment and Hillary, Obama still refuses to criticize Islamic radicalism. ISIS represents radical Islam - read the second paragraph, its pretty clear:

Obama's policy has been to bomb them. Hillary's policy will likely be the same. Neither has recommended niceness to ISIS as a policy.

Fair point. I just wonder why the US policy is to import intolerance and racism from that part of the world.

As for Trump, his thoughts in the tweet were about himself because that's how he views everything. His telling people to not congratulate him on being right was pretty obviously his way of conveying what he really wanted to say which was "Look how right I was!"

Then you didn't the last part of the tweet - which clarified:

In case you have any doubt on this, Trump's statement linked by Ringo on this thread also emphasizes this is. "I said this was going to happen - and it is only going to get worse." He also ran around claiming he predicted the Brussels terror attack a few months ago. One of Trump's big narcissist obsessions is focused on always telling everyone how he predicts things before they happen and how right he is afterwards. This is an ancient Trump theme.

and on the flip side - we have two leftist morons running around telling people to turn in their guns, while at the same time protected by armed security guards.

Predicting a terrorist attack is like predicting sunny weather in Arizona, but simplicity is Trump's brand. This is the leftist brand, blame the NRA:

Neither Hillary Clinton nor Barack Obama are editors of the New York Daily News and they are not responsible for its content or what "leftists" do. Clinton didn't tweet out a statement saying "Appreciate the congrats for being right on mass shootings but I just want stiffer gun laws." She just talked about policy. But Trump is narcissistic to the point of mental illness so he has to reference himself and how awesome he is at predicting things. His statement that Ringo linked mentioned the same thing. Another of his tweets used the words "I called it..." In the past, he has said that he predicted the Brussels attack and even claimed that his book predicted the 9/11 attacks. This obsession he has with constantly claiming predictive abilities and being right about everything runs through pretty much everything that he says.

You think I'm taking him out of context. I'm telling you that I'm highlighting the only part he wants people to hear.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deepTrump's statement

Clinton's statement
We should pursue and prosecute all criminals to the fullest extent off the law following due process
I don't give a rats azz what their religion is. Or the color of their skin.
I think picking out a single religion for persecution is wrong.
It's un American and makes all of us wrong.
While I agree for the most part -

I can't help but wonder if it was the Westboro Baptist church committing to terrorism - how the left would react.
I'd lock up the perps. Prosecute them for whatever crimes they might commit.

But wait... That would be the government interference

Despite my reservations of government intervention, I won't lose any sleep over a mass murderer getting swatted.
