[...] Unfortunately, Hocevar's season has come to an abrupt end at the half-mile after NASCAR ruled that he is ineligible to race the rest of the year. Drivers must be 14 years old to compete at NASCAR sanctioned tracks like Berlin. Hocevar will turn 14 in January.
